BOOKS: ANTHOLOGIES

The stories written at Caine Prize workshops are published annually alongside the Prize's shortlisted stories by New Internationalist in the UK and publishers in seven African countries including, Jacana Media (South Africa), Cassava Republic (Nigeria), Kwani? (Kenya), Sub-Saharan Publishers (Ghana), FEMRITE (Uganda), Bookworld Publishers (Zambia) and 'amaBooks (Zimbabwe).

Caine Prize anthologies are available from the publishers or from the Africa Book Centre, African Books Collective or Amazon. The New Internationalist edition of African Violet was published on 1 July 2012. (ISBN 978-1-78026-074-7 print; ISBN 978-1-78026-075-4 ebook) The 2013 anthology will be published by New Internationalist on 1 July 2013.
